Join us as we welcome three different speakers on three important topics of interest to all of us.

The Cordata Business Park Association if the master association that manages common areas in Cordata. Anyone in an HOA or COA pays a monthly fee for that management. Come and learn more about how your dollars are being used.

The Kulshan Community Land Trust works to provide housing for those that qualify. Come to learn more about how they serve the community.

The Sanitation Services Company provides the service for trash, recycling and the new compost bins. Come to learn more about this new program as well as how recycling and compost are handled in our area.

Cordata Business Park Association

The Cordata Business Park Association (CBPA), also called the Cordata Planned Unit Development (PUD), is a master association for the Cordata Neighborhood and manages the common areas in the areas shown in the map below.
The Cordata Business Park Association is managed by Saratoga Commercial Real Estate.

Kulshan Community Land Trust

Our Mission
Kulshan Community Land Trust strengthens community by holding land in trust for permanently affordable homeownership and other community needs, and by offering financial and educational services to people of limited means.

Our Vision
A community everyone can afford. People who work in our community should be able to live in our community.

Sanitary Service Company

All Bellingham single-family customers of Sanitary Service Company (SSC) living in buildings with four units or less will receive the FoodPlus! organic waste management service. This service comes with a monthly fee, but there are options to manage and potentially reduce costs. Customers already receiving this service year-round will not be affected by the change. The new service will be rolled out one neighborhood at a time, and customers will be notified by SSC before their service begins. 

The yellow-lidded FoodPlus! bins are 60 gallons and picked up every other week. Customers can place food scraps, food-soiled papers, yard waste and approved compostable packaging in their bins. Downloadable waste sorting guides are available with more information about what can be added to the bins. 

SSC manages residential recycling and waste collection in Bellingham under a contract with the City of Bellingham. In February 2023, Bellingham City Council approved a resolution to add organics collection as a required service for all single-family homes. The resolution also included switching to a single-stream recycling system, which was implemented throughout 2024.
