We’re proud to recognize, Alex Wynstra, founder of AJW Builders, a dedicated local residential builder right here in the Cordata neighborhood. AJW Builders has gone above and beyond in their support of our community—donating both time and resources to help make Cordata a better place to live. Their generous contributions have been instrumental in enhancing our community garden and supporting neighborhood events and projects. We’re grateful for their commitment to building not just homes, but a stronger, more connected neighborhood.

In addition to $2,000 in donations, he and his team have donated hundreds of hours over the years to our neighborhood through community clean ups, equipment and materials for the community garden, and ensuring the safety and security of our neighborhood.
