Please fill out this short form if your child is interested in selling handmade crafts at a Cordata Concert & Crafts event. This form is intended for those aged 17 and under. There will be three events to choose from: 

• Saturday, June 20, 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
• Saturday, July 11, 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
• Saturday, August 22, 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM

We will have a dedicated space for kid crafters indoors. Tables will be provided. Your child may arrive 30 minutes early to begin set up. 

Please keep items handmade and under $5

The craft fair will be located in the Cordata Park Pavilion at the South Entrance, 4500 Cordata Parkway.
