Cordata Business Park Association
The Cordata Business Park Association (CBPA), also called the Cordata Planned Unit Development (PUD), is a master association for a large portion of the Cordata Neighborhood and a portion of Cordata Center outside of the formal neighborhood boundaries. CBPA collects dues and manages the common areas in the areas shown in the map below. CBPA governing documents can be found here.
The Cordata Business Park Association is managed by Saratoga Commercial Real Estate.

Cordata Neighborhood is extremely unique. Our boundary includes three different school districts: Bellingham School District, Meridian School District, and a small portion of Ferndale School District (although Cordata Elementary School is the only public school physically located in Cordata Neighborhood).
